Honest Investing Inc., a Texas corporation doing business as Kenan Grace University ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and the integrity of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding that data.
This policy applies to kenangraceuniversity.com, including the Pathway 2 Freedom event pages hosted there, and to purchases made through our checkout and delivery partners. It is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any other contact details you enter at checkout or in correspondence with us. Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment and checkout providers; we do not store full payment card numbers.
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our pages, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, through cookies and basic analytics tools. We do not use advertising pixels or targeted advertising on our event pages.
If you attend a live event, your name or username, voice, image, questions, and chat messages may be captured in the event recording, as described in the Terms & Conditions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the event, content, and access you purchased, including sending your access link, reminders, and recording
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests
- To send you updates, newsletters, educational content, and promotions about our products and events
- To measure and improve our pages and content
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We will continue to send transactional messages related to a purchase you made, such as access details and receipts.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate, such as Whop (checkout and content delivery), Stripe and other payment processors, Zoom, email service providers, and analytics tools. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
Joint events and co-presenters. Some of our events are presented together with independent instructors who operate their own businesses. When you purchase a ticket to a joint event, your name and email address are shared with each co-presenter so they can help deliver the event and follow up with you about it. Co-presenters are independent of us, have no ownership interest in our company, and may contact you directly from their own businesses. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and you can unsubscribe from their communications at any time. Pathway 2 Freedom: The Return is a joint event presented by Kenan Grace with Chris Sain and Larry Jones.
Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements or protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our pages use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use our pages and to keep them working properly. We do not use advertising cookies, pixels, or targeted advertising on our event pages. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the products you purchased, to communicate with you, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing operations@kenangraceuniversity.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not engage in targeted advertising, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
8. Children
Our products and events are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Visitors
We are based in the United States and process data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. If you purchase from outside the United States, we process your data as necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and we send marketing only where permitted or with your consent.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our pages or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
