Refund & Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains what you receive when you purchase a ticket to Pathway 2 Freedom: The Return (the "Event") and how refunds and billing issues are handled. The Event is sold by Honest Investing Inc., a Texas corporation doing business as Kenan Grace University. This policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

What You Receive

The Event is a live online masterclass held Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET on Zoom. Your ticket includes:

• The Zoom link to attend live. Sent to the email address used at checkout and posted in your Whop account at least 24 hours before the Event begins.
• The full Event recording. Posted in your Whop account after the Event concludes.
• The action step cheat sheet from each session. Posted in your Whop account after the Event concludes.

All materials are delivered digitally through Whop. Nothing is shipped. Access is for one individual and may not be shared or transferred.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the Event is delivered live and the recording and materials are made available immediately afterward, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase is complete. This includes if you are unable to attend live, since the recording is provided for that purpose. If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right for online purchases, by completing your purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose that right once delivery has begun.

Billing errors. If you were charged more than once for the same ticket, or if there was an error with your order such as a wrong amount or an unintended purchase, email support@kenangraceuniversity.com within 7 days of the charge with your order details and we will correct it. A duplicate charge for the same ticket will be refunded in full. Other order errors will be corrected based on the circumstances.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved in one email. Nothing in this policy limits any dispute rights you have under applicable law. If a chargeback is filed for a ticket that was delivered as described, we may contest it with evidence of delivery and may suspend access while the dispute is pending.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If the live Event is rescheduled, you will be notified by email and your ticket will be honored for the new date. If the Event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price you paid, which is your sole and exclusive remedy.

Access Problems

If you cannot find your Zoom link, check your spam and promotions folders first, then your Whop account. If you still cannot access it, email support@kenangraceuniversity.com and we will resend it.
